In 2003, Pinehurst Homes a Semi-Custom Home Builder was formed to bring the custom home feel to consumers within production communities.

In 2008 Charles Beird, expanded his market into Home Improvement, Renovations, with the same expertise, vendors, suppliers, and industry knowledge is now available for all consumers.
